Our God - Love
The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
The love of God was revealed among us by this—that God sent His one and only Son into the world so that we might live through Him.
This is love—not that we have loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atonement for our sins."

God Reveals Himself
We have already talked about how God is spirit. He is unseen.
Today we will add that God is love, which though may also be unseen was revealed in the flesh, in humanform -- a person who lived among us.
From Above
People have long been waiting and searching for extra terrestrial beings or aliens. [SETI]
But all along this phenomenon has already been written about and revealed through Scriptures in the form of angels (and demons). And yes, through Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Out of This World
They are not of this world. They are not from earth. They all descended from above.
It is weird that scientists and skeptics believe in aliens and all those alive today have been waiting for decades for a sign or evidence that there are heavenly beings but they completely skip over biblical references because they are too "unbelievable" for them.
I guess because the description of angels are so far off from their expectation of what aliens should look like or as portrayed in movies, and that aliens taking on human form is not at all believable, these cannot be true.
Believe It Or Not
God revealed Himself through the person of Jesus Christ.
God also revealed His character through Christ.
God is rich in love, slow to anger, gracious and God is truth to name a few.
God is Love

He came down to reach us from heaven above. We were spiritually dead and morally bankrupt. We were and still are a dying race in a dying world.
God gave us the Way to eternal life and to be rich in the things unseen.
Jesus is the Way. He is the Truth. He is the Light of the world. And most of all, He is Love.

He reached out to us when we were unlovable, when we were helpless, hopeless and unable to help ourselves out of our morally bankrupt condition and when we were spiraling downward, Jesus came and gave Himself up as the atonement, the pardoning of our wrongdoings and becoming the reconciliation between God and humankind.
"And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him. For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation. So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!” For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ."
