God's Glory - It's Not Going To Be Easy
2 Corinthians 4:8-9 in the Voice Bible Version

Continuing from the previous lesson, the analogy given by Apostle Paul is that as Christ followers, we are cracked pots (fragile cooking vessels) containing the Holy Spirit of God.
[Yes we can laugh at how people call Christians crackpots, because they are, cracked pots]
"We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed."

The daily pressures of life, comes at anyone from all sides.
Like a cooking pot, there is heat from the fire and also from all sides. Storms come and go, raining on our parade and trying to blow out the fires and embers of what we believe in.

Faithless World
It is easier to go with the flow of this world and just be like most everyone else. But in reality it is harder. It is harder to live a life without God and without the Holy Spirit. It is harder to live a life with no real hope, no real peace, no real joy, and no real love, and no Helper.
Living life as if there is no true purpose, no reason to being alive, or being here, everything happening and everything that took place happened by chance and no life after death, it is no wonder more and more people are turning to drugs, alcohol, or any kind of vice, new toy, new gadget, new in thing, new high, YOLO living, thinking only of themselves, confused, are intelligent but ignorant, having no fear, being rude, no respect for anything or anyone, apathetic and suicidal or homicidal or living immoral lives or a life of crime.
These are the results. Not surprising because these are also the things the devil wants for everyone. The enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy.
Many people don't believe in the devil. And many people don't believe in God. But regardless of what we believe in, good and evil exists. And not believing in God truly brought out all the evils in this world and they are escalating, just as Scriptures have prophesied.
The end will come and only the ones who endure until the end will have everlasting life.
