Much of what we hear preachers telling us is the what we ought to and what we ought not to do. 

And like kids back in primary or high school, we just don't know how to do them. 

Holy Spirit

Christ told His disciples His Spirit will be Their Guide, Their Helper, Their Teacher.

It is the Holy Spirit's job to tell us how -- and He does, through His gentle nudges, soft whispers and through Scriptures (as and if we read them).

He will send people to speak to us. Lastly He will use every and all circumstance, in order to teach us how. The question really is when will we listen.
